Founded by brothers Shane and Phillip Odell, our company is rooted in strong family values, patriotism, and a lifelong commitment to hard work.

Raised locally in Arizona’s East Valley as part of a large family of eight brothers, we were brought up with a deep respect for integrity, accountability, and service to others. Those values came from generations of family members who served our country, as well as parents whose example shaped who we are today.

Our father, a U.S. Air Force Veteran, dedicated more than 30 years to working at local power plants, instilling a relentless work ethic through action and consistency. Our mother provided the strength, resilience, and accountability needed to raise a large family grounded in love and responsibility.

Through our faith in God, Family, and Country, we’ve built a business centered on trust, craftsmanship, and dependable service. We believe in treating every customer with honesty and respect while delivering work that reflects the pride we take in what we do.

Shane

Skilled Trades & Project Leadership

From a young age, Shane knew he wanted to work with his hands. Starting in residential remodeling early in life, he worked his way up through the trades, learning from some of the Valley’s most highly skilled craftsmen.

Shane’s attention to detail, understanding of project scope, and ability to execute jobs efficiently led him to become one of the Valley’s youngest project managers by the age of 22, overseeing crews and multiple remodeling projects for some of Arizona’s largest companies. His deep knowledge of homes, quality workmanship, and commitment to doing the job right gives homeowners confidence that their projects are being handled with integrity, precision, and reliability.

Phil

Veteran Leadership & Business Operations

Phil proudly served 26 years in the U.S. Army, completing three deployments and building a foundation of leadership, discipline, and resilience through service to our country. He also holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Grand Canyon University.

Following his military career, Phil spent more than 15 years developing expertise in business operations and team leadership, bringing strategic thinking, organization, and accountability to every project. His unique combination of military leadership and business experience ensures every client receives dependable communication, professionalism, and a results-driven approach.
